Formal Good Bye

Dear Fate,

It's been a long while since I talked to you, I have been busy with work and with what I really do. Last Monday, there was a call from the heavens and it was decided that I am to be moved to a different department where my primary job really belongs. From that very day upon hearing the news, that I'd be separated from the community and be moved in Marketing, it was a sad sad day. I will no longer be part of the Game Masters who would fight for the truth and right the wrong.

Once again, I'd be recluse from the game and never to be seen.

I will be missing you, Fate.

Kaeko Hoshi

I am Kaeko of the Hoshi family. I was born in a place called of Chaos. The moment I was born it was prophesized that I am to be the one who would eradicate those who are evil that walked on the soils of Midgard. In some unfortunate accident, my parents had a terrible event killing them from an invasion a long time ago. I was left with nothing and had to look for my own safety.

It was Cerridwen Aeyre that saw me living on my own somewhere in the Payon forest and so she took me in. Although, she had her hands full with her guild she introduced me to her cousin Galatea Moonspell. She took me in and brought me to Sakray where I had Gradlein as a father and thought me the ways of being a Monk. I trained myself in the holy grounds at the St. Abbey Monastery.

For a moment, life was good when suddenly there were news that spread out. A disturbance within the new land called Urdr. My father's friend, Spike, had a talk with us and asked to go with him. On the day that we set foot in the new world, we made ourselves comfortable and took a house in Greenwood Lake. This is where I learned how to fight and this is where I made myself known.

Harassement

Today has been some what an aweful day for me. Someone reported that I harrassed someone from Chaos although, it's been a long time since I've been there. Also, if I was ever in Chaos, I'd be using my normal/personal Character. I don't know why these people are trying to ruin my day just so they can have a good one. Oh fate, where would I be without you?

GMs VS RPC All Stars

Dear Fate,

At the Ragnafest2005/RPC Finals, there was an event that took players in awe. I, Kaeko, fist thought that we won't be able to defeat them but we actually did. It was pure luck that the oppossing team didn't have a crusader in their roster.

It was the day before when my boss told me that I'll be in the team to battle against the RPC players. It was somewhat a dramatic experience when GM Achellies and I were trying to decide who's going to be the monk in the team. At the day of the battle we tossed coin on who will be the monk. I lost and thus I had to be the Priest. It's was a good thing that I'm somewhat already experienced on being a full support, since, being a priest was my first character back in the beta days. I didn't have any problems with it.

I'll try to post in a more elaborate detail when I get some rest

Philippine Ragnafest 2005

This June 25 & 26, we’ll be concluding the Ragnarok Philippine Championships 2005 at the World Trade Center. The epic conclusion to the biggest tournament in Philippine Online Gaming history will also feature a treat for both players and non-players alike!

RPC Manila Leg

Dear Fate,

The Ragnarok Philippine Championship - Manila Regional was a doozy. I appologize if I don't have much photos of what had happen the first day and the second day. I had to ask thepoet to take photos of them. On the first day, I was the one man-ing the RPC camera pc.

This is my first time to be involved behind in the RPC. And I must say that it really was a spectacular moment. I remember my first watch on last year's tournament with the Unholy and Rebirth fighting neck to neck. It was sort of a sad moment to see last year's turn of event but I do hope that this coming June 25 will be more exciting. Yesterday's event (Manila Leg 2nd day) at the MegaTrade 2 in SM Megamall took me by surprise, like what GM Silvermaine had called the winners as the "Legend Killers", they killed both RWC Champions of last year. The Rebirth & The Unholy.

I, actually, came in late to witness the fight between these "Legend Killers" and the Unholy. I then manned the RPC camera when they fought with the Rebirth. It was trully wonderful and also mind numbing seeing the battle between the two. After the event my head was throbbing... might be because I hadn't eaten since lunch or maybe I was really thinking about their tactics and movement. Heh... who knows.

I'm not really good at describing each battle might take a while for me to be able to be the one talking at the Commentator's booth but I'm happy just to be there and clap for the players. Anyway, I guess I'll see you guys at the final round on June 25, ne?

Yep, if you guys where there and you a girl right between GM Tristan and GM Silvermaine, that was me. It was my first appearance and my first tryout of my GM Sprite.

I really admire the guild "The Chosen" from Odin Server for beating Dark Lord in less than 2 minutes without having a Wizard along side them. It was also the time that I got to be out in the office participating an event and for the first time I never felt so alive knowing that I am a shy type of person who also agoraphibic. Or maybe because I am being comforted by friends who visited me and me feel at ease.

I am glad that GM Lilith was there along side me. ^_^

Final fight is tomorrow. If you guys want to see me again, I'll be there around after lunch. ^_^

Dear Fate,

"When the battle gets tough; the tough gets going"

I can feel the flames that's going be put up within the next hour. Within this day, I was given power of some sort that I did not wished for. It seems that some of the watchers have plans for me and I do hope that I have the strength to retain myself and stay as who I am.

Just a few hours ago, the rumors became a reality there were a number of outrageous bugs flying up and down midgard as I try to follow their every whim. I pray that this will not escalate to anymore problems.

Prologue: Born and raised in Prontera at Sakray. A few people may know who I really am but I'd rather keep my identity a secret. I am a newly created GM though I am still not a full fledge GM as of yet. But you will see me from time to time. So to those of you who knows me, I ask of you to keep it secret.

Why do I keep a journal? Isn't it rather odd for a Game Master like me to be posting anything about what's been happening into my (well) GM Life. I sometimes want to write something meaningful. Inspired by Anne Frank's Diary, I never thought that I'd be doing anything like this since I have people to talk to, a lot of boy friends (in RO anyway), and a nice family (company). But it would seem that I cannot let out all of my thoughts out to them just only the fun times. Let me call my journal as Fate.
